Scaffolding runway system

Niko scaffolding runway system provides a lifting and handling solution with a modular profile track system, which will attach to a scaffolding structure. Enables the operator to lift and manipulate heavy loads at height with complete control.

System configuration

1. Track joint - .B80

This clamp is suitable for connecting and supporting the track profiles to existing scaffolding structure through a standard scaffolding clip welded to the top of the joint.

2. Support bracket .B81

This clamp is suitable for supporting the track profiles to existing scaffolding structure through a standard scaffolding clip welded to the top of the support.

3. Track end stop .X01

At the end of the open profiles, an end stop with a rubber buffer must be positioned. Used in conjunction
with a fixed cross bolt.

4. Trolleys - .T10 .T48

4-wheel trolleys are suitable for hanging safety belts for fall arrest

5. Track profiles

Fall arrest range consists of 4 track profiles and can accommodate loads up to 2.000kg.
